Cascadia Metals Ltd. Surrey is hiring a Warehouse Worker to join our expanding distribution team. You will operate or be trained to use a forklift, move and unwrap coils, load onto machinery, and help ensure a clean, safe work area.

Mansioni

Cascadia Metals is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Warehouse Worker in our surrey branch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of work and likes to assist wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Operating a forklift or willing to be trained on one
• Unwrapping coil and preparing it for manufacturing
• Moving and loading coil onto machinery
• Wrapping and strapping finished product
• Building pallets when needed
• Assisting the operator as needed
• Tagging and marking required material
• Follow production plans
• Strip coil and assist the Machine Operator
• Maintaining a clean and orderly environment

Skills

• Must be able to lift comfortable up to 50 lbs.
