Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is recruiting for Warehouse Workers with shipping/receiving experience in Canada. The role may require forklift certification and the ability to perform routine tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable candidates can work independently or as part of a team, with limited supervision, and are highly organized and hard-working. You will coordinate stock, packing, shipping, and warehouse safety with staff and management.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or experience is a definite asset.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Must have steel-toed shoes.

Responsibilities

• Accept and process incoming stock and/or materials
• Picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders
• Managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Maintain shipping/receiving logs
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety of the warehouse
• Must be able to communicate effectively with warehouse staff, sales and customer service personnel
• Strong reading and writing skills
• Must be able to perform basic mathematical skills
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
