Job summary

Thermon Industries, Inc in Calgary is seeking a Warehouse Worker to efficiently receive, store, handle, and distribute products in line with purchase orders and production schedules. This role supports inventory accuracy through loading, unloading, inspection, labeling, and organization of materials.

You will also be responsible for safe operation of warehouse equipment and for maintaining a clean, organized work environment in compliance with company safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems.
• Strong mathematical and numerical skills.
• Forklift and order picker experience; certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Pick, collect, and safely transport products and materials to designated shipping and receiving areas.
• Ensure all products are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment.
• Handle inventory and materials with care to prevent damage and ensure product integrity.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Warehouse, and Production teams to perform accurate daily inventory counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with internal stakeholders to identify and implement solutions.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and order pickers, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

The Role

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of products in accordance with purchase orders, shipping requirements, and production schedules. This role supports inventory accuracy through the safe loading, unloading, inspection, labeling, and organization of materials. The Warehouse Associate is also responsible for the safe operation and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment while ensuring compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
