Job summary

ABB in Bromont is seeking a quality operations specialist to manage the end-to-end quality process from identification through case closure. You will act as the primary liaison between Warehouse Operations, Planning & Fulfillment, Commercial Operations, and the Montreal head office Quality Department.

Responsibilities include handling NCRs, coordinating returns, maintaining ERP data in SAP and MARC, and supporting inventory control while promoting safety and compliance within ABB’s framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient with Marc WMS, SAP, and other relevant software tools.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Receives notification of SPSB material damage and evaluates non-conformities.
• Coordinates NCR process for factory returns and creates quality cases in SAP/MARC.
• Supports Quality inspections and coordinates shipment of defective products for analysis.
• Acts as liaison between Bromont Warehouse Operations, Commercial Operations, and Quality Department.
• Maintains accurate data in SAP and MARC and ensures proper deliveries between systems.
