Job summary

ABB's Montréal Nord facility seeks a Planning and Procurement Supervisor to lead supply planning, inventory management, and resource optimization. You will drive S&OP alignment, forecast demand, and coordinate with production and logistics to meet customer on-time delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in supply planning, fluency in English and French, and experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus). You will contribute to lean initiatives and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or related supply chain functions.
• Fluency in English and French (verbal and written).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the site supply planning process, including demand forecasting and supply chain optimization.
• Provide visibility of supply capacity and local objectives into S&OP processes.
• Run short-term planning and S&OE processes, ensuring alignment between planning and execution teams.
• Support profitable execution of customer orders and optimize inventory levels.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Every day, you will drive planning initiatives to improve customer on-time delivery and reduce lead times.You will showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan execution, contributing to the profitable growth of our Installation Products division.This role is based in Montreal and the work model is 100% onsite.ResponsibilitiesOwning the site supply planning process, including demand forecasting and supply chain optimizationProviding visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processRunning short-term planning and Sales & Operations Execution processes, ensuring seamless alignment between planning and execution teamsSupporting profitable execution of customer orders in coordination with business functions and supply unitsOptimizing inventory levels to balance customer service with working capital efficiencyCollaborating with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operationsYou will join a dynamic and high-performing team within ABB's Installation Products division.
