Job summary

Fed Supply is assisting a client in the Greater Montreal Area to hire a Warehouse Supervisor for a three-month, on-site assignment in Montreal East. The role focuses on hands-on leadership of a 15–20 person team, ensuring smooth receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment operations within a fast-paced distribution center.

The candidate will monitor KPIs, coach staff, and collaborate across departments to sustain productivity and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising teams in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Experience in a high-volume distribution environment is an asset.
• Comfortable using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities
