Job summary

Fed Supply is supporting a client in the Greater Montreal Area with a permanent, full-time Sample & Operations Clerk role. The position is 100% on-site from roughly 8:00–8:30 a.m., involving daily routes between distribution centres, collecting and delivering samples, and basic administrative follow-ups.

The ideal candidate has warehouse or distribution centre experience, can lift ~10 lbs, holds a valid driver’s licence, and communicates effectively in English and French.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, retail, shipping/receiving, or material handling.
• Comfortable performing a primarily hands-on and physical role.
• Ability to regularly lift and handle loads of approximately 10 lbs.
• Valid driver’s licence and excellent driving record required.
• Reliable, responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with different stakeholders.
• Strong English and functional French required.
• Basic computer and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily routes between various distribution centres and the head office.
