Job summary

FED Group is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Technician for a fast-paced warehouse in the Greater Montreal Area. You will support daily shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory control with a strong emphasis on data accuracy in the ERP system.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in shipping/receiving, comfort with ERP and MS Office, and the ability to work independently in a regulated environment. French is a plus, English required, with a standard 8–4 schedule.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2+ years of experience in shipping & receiving, warehousing, or inventory control.
• Experience in a technical, regulated, or manufacturing environment is an asset.
• ERP systems and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience handling dangerous goods is an asset.
• Proactive, autonomous, curious, and organized with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong English skills required; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily shipping and receiving activities.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and required documentation.
• Prepare, pack, and label materials for shipment according to applicable requirements.
• Arrange shipments with carriers and courier services.
