Job summary

Fed Supply is seeking a Receiving & Shipping Supervisor for its client in the Greater Montreal Area. The role oversees daily receiving and shipping activities in a manufacturing environment, coordinating warehouse staff, carriers, and operational planning to drive performance and process improvements.

The candidate will lead about 15 staff, ensure timely deliveries, monitor inventory and documents, and uphold quality standards, safety regulations, and regulatory requirements while providing

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, process implementation, or KPI monitoring.
• Good knowledge of receiving, shipping, and carrier coordination operations.
• Experience in a regulated environment (food, pharmaceutical, or similar) is considered an asset.
• Good knowledge of HACCP standards.
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems.
• French is required; functional English is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational priorities are met and deliveries are completed on time.
