Job summary

Fed Supply in Ville Saint-Laurent is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Evening Shift to lead a busy distribution centre on site. You will manage around 20 staff with team leads, overseeing receiving, picking and shipping while driving safety and KPIs on the floor.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, on-floor problem solving, and close collaboration with the management team. Fluency in French is required, English is a plus, and a permanent on-site position offers strong career prospects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of receiving, order picking and shipping operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience with AS/400 is a strong asset.
• Good understanding of operational KPIs and performance management.
• Ability to manage employee performance and disciplinary situations.
• Positive, approachable and engaging leadership style.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.
• Professional proficiency in French; Functional English is an asset.
