Job summary

Agropur in Saint-Hubert, QC, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor Night Shift to lead receiving, warehousing, packaging and order assembly. The role runs Sunday to Friday, 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and teamwork.

You will coach the team, oversee hiring and training, ensure OHS compliance and union agreements, and drive daily operations to meet production targets in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or DEC in Operations Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse supervision experience in the food or pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience in a unionized environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an asset.

Agropur is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor Night Shift to join its team in St-Hubert.

The Warehouse Supervisor plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities related to receiving, warehousing, product packaging, and order assembly.

Work Schedule: Sunday to Friday, from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

The type of team player who fits in:

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (DEC) in Operations Management, Logistics, or another related field;
• 3 to 5 years of experience supervising warehouse operations in the food or pharmaceutical industries is required.
• Experience working in a unionized environment.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset.
