Job summary

Andrew Sheret Limited's Surrey (56th Ave) branch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily warehouse activities and lead a team. The role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Compensation includes a wage of $22.25 per hour with regular wage reviews. You will delegate shipping/receiving, train staff, establish daily schedules, monitor inventory, and ensure safety and efficiency while maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 12.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with industry and/or products.
• Capable of lifting 50lbs minimum.

Responsibilities

• Delegate shipping and receiving tasks to warehouse staff.
• Train staff on company procedures, policies and safety.
• Establish daily schedules for warehouse staff.
• Assist in inventory preparation; inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments and documentation.
• Load/off-load vehicles, put away/organize stock and ensure safe operation of warehouse equipment.
