Job summary

Andrew Sheret Limited's Surrey (56th Ave) branch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily warehouse activities and lead a team. The role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Compensation includes a wage of $22.25 per hour with regular wage reviews. You will delegate shipping/receiving, train staff, establish daily schedules, monitor inventory, and ensure safety and efficiency while maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

Completion of Grade 12.
2+ years of warehouse experience.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with industry and/or products.
Capable of lifting 50lbs minimum.

Responsibilities

Delegate shipping and receiving tasks to warehouse staff.
Train staff on company procedures, policies and safety.
Establish daily schedules for warehouse staff.
Assist in inventory preparation; inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments and documentation.
Load/off-load vehicles, put away/organize stock and ensure safe operation of warehouse equipment.
