The Mosaic Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Esterhazy site in Saskatchewan. You will oversee warehouse and storeroom operations, manage a multi-million-dollar inventory, and support maintenance and operations through safe, efficient materials handling.

Responsibilities include leading teams, managing SAP buying cycles, and developing procedures and safety programs to minimize downtime and optimize parts availability across the site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supervision.
• SAP experience in purchasing and inventory control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Mosaic, a global leader in phosphate and potash production, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse and storeroom operations at our Esterhazy site. This role manages inventory valued at $12M-$17M while supporting maintenance and operations through safe, efficient materials management.

Location: Esterhazy, Saskatchewan
Schedule: Day Shift (9/80)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring safe and efficient processes.
• Manage SAP purchasing, purchase orders, inventory levels, cycle counts, adjustments, and obsolete inventory.
