Job Description

Within the NAPA distribution center located at Edmonton, you will work closely with the management team.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the work of the distribution center team.
  • Plan the effective management of daily operations.
  • Organize the receiving, shelving, picking, and shipping of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety measures.
  • Communicate effectively with company collaborators to ensure excellent customer service.

Salary range: $73,000 - $91,000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.

Qualifications

To join our team, you need, among other things:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the distribution field.
  • Experience in a unionized environment (an asset).
  • Diligence in work organization and procedure control.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).
