POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in executing on our brand promises for accurate and speedy delivery to our valued wholesale partners and direct to consumer customers. The ideal candidate has strong management skills, very organized, hands-on warehouse experience, and a solid understanding of logistics and material handling.

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. This role is responsible for supervising 3-5 warehouse associates, scheduling, and leading a team to meet performance targets.

Our hours of operation are strictly during the work week, so your weekends are yours.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

·Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping

· Maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems (WMS)

·Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

·Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff to drive performance

·Monitor workflow and optimize resource allocation

·Enforce compliance with health, safety, and operational standards

·Collaborate with inventory and procurement personnel and other departments to ensure smooth operations

· Communicate with logistics providers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

·Report on KPIs and operational issues to management

Schedule

·Monday to Friday

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

oHigh school diploma or vocational training a plus

o3+ years of warehouse experience, including 1+ years in a leadership or supervisory role

oComputer savvy

  • Proficiency with inventory and warehouse management systems
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and operate warehouse equipment
  • Forklift certification is preferred

oPassion for the outdoors is a big bonus (and even bigger if angling!)
