Job summary

M S International, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to coordinate shipment deliveries and work closely with product teams, drivers, and sales representatives.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of warehouse experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Summary: The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating shipment deliveries in an accurate and timely manner. The Shipping Coordinator will work directly with the product teams, drivers, and sales representatives.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to do the following:

  • Schedules and coordinates deliveries with drivers and sales people.
  • Work with product team to maintain accurate inventory.
  • Maintains a high level of efficiency in the movement of trucks.
  • Performs clerical duties as needed.
  • Respond to other departments inquiries.
