**Inside the Role**You will be part of the office team and conduct daily interactions with warehouse personnel in all related functions. Maintain trailer log and other duties as assigned.* Processing and researching Parts Adjustment Requests and Credit Requests. Including researching problems, vendor returns and carrier issues.* Assisting other team members with special projects, and the ability to cross-train job functions in other departments.* Generate and participate in continuous improvement ideas (TOS).**Knowledge You Should Bring*** High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2 years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree (or higher) in lieu of experience required* Proficiency in Microsoft Office application* Strong PC skills with ability to manage files and folders electronically* Experience with coordinating multiple activities & projects at once* Interact with customers, provide customer service over the phone and research and resolve customer issues* Research, approve and process customer discrepancies and returns.* Interact with suppliers* Provide general administrative support to a fast-paced Distribution Center* Run reports, analyze data and provide detailed information to Leadership and other functional areas within the Distribution Center* Strong oral and written communication skills* Ability to successfully manage multiple and varied responsibilities**Exceptional Candidates Might Have*** Previous experience within an operational environment; i.e. manufacturing, distribution or transportation* Strong interpersonal communications skills* Strong Customer focus and previous face time experience with customers* Ability to manage data using Microsoft Access preferred* SQL experience and ability to create queries preferred* Experience with SAP preferred* Administrative and Office experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment preferred* Shipping and Receiving preferred#LI-LL1 #LI-Onsite**Where We Work**This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)-Calgary, AB CA.
