Job summary

Bartle & Gibson Co. in Calgary is seeking a warehouse team member to accurately receive materials and pick and ship orders, ensuring paperwork is complete and records are maintained for shipping.

You will organize products, restock, and perform cleaning and general warehouse duties, with emphasis on safety and efficiency. High school diploma required; fast-paced environment experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receive material accurately and pick and ship orders.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and documents maintained for shipping.
• Organize products, maintain inventories, and restock as required.

Job description

• Accurately receive material and/or pick and ship orders
• Ensure all paperwork is completed properly and documents maintained for shipping purposes
• Organize products efficiently and maintain inventories
• Pull products from the yard and warehouse as required
• Organize space in the warehouse and perform cleaning duties
• General warehouse duties and maintenance as needed
• Restock materials as and when required
• Other duties as required

• Good organization skills

• Organized team player with a strong aptitude to perform tasks accurately
• Punctual, efficient, and professional
• Proven ability to work under time constraints and deadlines
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous warehouse experience will be considered an asset
• Experience in a fast-paced environment an asset
• Previous plumbing and/or electrical industry experience will be considered an asset
