Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at a McDonald’s distributorship. You will plan manpower, schedule equipment, and maintain a master delivery schedule while upholding safety, compliance and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities include daily shift meetings, assigning duties, payroll oversight, and ensuring SFCR/GFSI/GDP compliance. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential to drive efficiency and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, engineering, logistics or related field.
• Three to five years' experience in high-volume, food service, unionized distribution, or logistics.
• One to three years of progressively responsible supervisory experience.
• Strong computer software (MS Office) skills required.
• Experience with Routing and Onboard Software is a strong asset.
• Leadership required and integrative thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, minimizing overtime.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate safety and operational messages.
• Assign daily duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity.
• Maintain and review master delivery schedules including routes and restaurant info.
• Maintain payroll entries and related statistical information for warehouse staff.
• Provide training and direction to ensure SOP adherence and quality control.
