Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manpower planning, and equipment utilization at a McDonald’s distributorship. The role focuses on safety, productivity, and adherence to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

You will lead shifts, manage production and master delivery schedules, and drive cost reductions without impacting service targets. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, engineering, logistics or related field.
• Three to five years’ experience in high-volume, food service, unionized distribution, or logistics.
• One to three years of progressively responsible supervisory experience.
• Strong computer software (MS Office) skills required.
• Experience with Routing and Onboard Software is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum.
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating safety and operational messages and addressing questions.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity requirements are met.
• Manage work flows efficiently, meeting the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Maintain Syntellic, Paragon and Xatanet programs; knowledge is an asset.
• Create and maintain production and/or master delivery schedules, including route and restaurant information.
• Maintain associated employee bids and payroll entries for warehouse workers.
• Provide training and direction to employees to ensure SOP adherence.
• Oversee quality control for in-house and en-route product.
• Conduct near miss, injury and collision investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate across Warehouse, Transportation and Customer Service to mitigate issues.
• Review service providers’ performance to ensure service/quality and cost controls.
