Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to support its McDonald's distributorship operations, planning daily and weekly manpower and equipment while promoting a safe, engaged workforce.

The role involves maintaining production schedules, managing workflows, and training staff on SOPs, SFCR, GFSI and GWP requirements, while coordinating with Warehouse and Transportation teams to prevent issues for customers.

Qualifications

• University or collegial degree in business, engineering, logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in high-volume, food service, unionized distribution, or logistics.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Demonstrated leadership.
• Integrative thinker with strong problem-solving.
• Ability to multi-task under high pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily and weekly workforce.
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating safety and operational messages.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers.
• Manage workflows to meet unionized distribution requirements.
• Maintain Vocollect and WMS systems.
• Ensure productivity and equipment reliability meet standards.
• Follow SOPs and train employees as necessary.
• Maintain production schedules and pertinent information.
• Communicate across Warehouse and Transportation regarding issues.
• Show leadership by promoting teamwork and a positive attitude.
• Follow SFCR, GFSI and GWP standards.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
