Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Manager to ensure product availability and optimize inventory across a large plant and off-site distribution center. The role requires translating departmental objectives into executable tasks and leading both union and non-union teams to build a strong talent bench.

The position demands experience in warehousing, leadership, and a working knowledge of SAP, with a focus on cost control, safety, and continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years warehousing experience required.
• 2+ years in a management position preferred.
• Experience with consumer packaged goods or similar industry preferred.
• Financial literacy through planning and managing large P&Ls preferred.
• Ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversees inventory management and loading operations within a large plant and off-site Distribution Center.
• Build Warehouse operational excellence through standardization of processes, capital execution, process and technology improvements, and quarterly/annual objectives.
• Leads Manufacturing and Warehouse processes to ensure product availability, warehouse productivity, inventory program, asset preservation and cost reduction while meeting quality standards.
• Responsible for local and downstream service fill rates on sourced products.
• Build people capability through coaching, training, hiring, and communication for management and hourly personnel.
• P&L responsibility for Plant and Distribution Center Warehouses; managing labour, waste, maintenance, materials and supplies.
• Ensures compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
