Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in logistics/warehouse management.
- Experience in manufacturing or ingredient/food environments.
- Hands-on SAP and WMS experience required.
- Demonstrated cross-border Canada–US logistics experience.
- Experience supporting operations in automated/ASRS environments.
- Proven ability to build and lead teams in startup/change environments.
Responsibilities
- Inbound material management from Vancouver Port in coordination with 3PLs.
- Coordinate receiving schedules and WH capacity for efficient flow.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain on inbound logistics activities.
- Maximize warehouse space and ASRS storage utilization.
- Maintain inventory transactions in SAP and WMS.
- Ensure OTIF alignment with production requirements.
- Oversee outbound shipments to co-packers for on-time delivery.
- Define SOPs and escalation protocols for warehouse ops.
