Job summary

PepsiCo Beverages Canada is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Delta, BC to provide administrative support and coordinate warehousing activities. The role involves accounts payable, inventory support, shipping/receiving paperwork, yard operations with third‑party carriers, and onboarding new hires.

You will use DataDocks for inbound appointments, run reports, and assist Supervisory staff with staffing. Strong Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge are required to succeed in this fast‑paced

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems.
  • Knowledge of yard management system.
  • Must demonstrate problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to plan, prioritize and execute.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and maintain records.
  • Support inventory process with receivings, posting counts, write offs.
  • Support shipping/receiving operations with preparing/organizing outbound/inbound paperwork.
  • Yard management and coordination with 3rd party carriers and other internal stakeholders to ensure safe and smooth operation within our truck yard.
  • Coordination of inbound delivery appointments through DataDocks platform.
  • Support Supervisory staff by performing general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, etc.
  • Supporting Supervisory staff with staffing and scheduling as needed.
  • Organization and ordering of CHEP pallets for location as well as ordering for warehouse supplies.
  • Maintain and order office supplies.
  • Supporting with seasonal and new hire onboarding and training.
  • Technical support within the Warehouse on various hardware and software.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Product Availability Manager

Total Compensation

$49,000 - $79,870

Responsibilities
