Job summary

Randstad Canada in Brampton is seeking a Warehouse Manager for a premier industrial logistics operation. You will lead a team of 40 workers and 3 supervisors across day and afternoon shifts, overseeing shipping, receiving, and 3PL distribution, with about 20 trucks daily.

You will drive change, track cost-per-line KPIs, implement SAP, RF tech, and new picking technologies while enforcing health and safety and maintaining a zero-accident facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in Warehouse Manager or senior distribution leadership.
• Post-secondary diploma with budget and finance experience.
• Proven experience using SAP and RF technologies plus picking tech implementations.
• Track record of change management and bottleneck resolution under pressure.
• Strong communication, team-building and organizational skills for high-volume logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 40 workers and 3 supervisors across day and afternoon shifts to boost engagement.
• Oversee daily shipping, receiving and 3PL distribution with ~20 inbound/outbound trucks.
• Track and optimize cost-per-line to maximize picking efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Execute change management, integrating updated logistics software, RF tech and SAP.
• Enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a zero-accident facility.
