Job summary

Tree of Life Canada is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager to support a fast-paced warehouse environment in Mississauga. You will help manage budget, inventory quality, staff training, and safety programs while driving efficiency and strong customer service.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse leadership, proficiency with SAP and RF systems, and excellent communication. This full-time position offers a comprehensive total rewards package and a base salary range aligned with market levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 5+ years warehouse/logistics management experience preferred.
• Experience leading large teams and coordinating multi-shift operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support Warehouse Manager in budgeting, inventory control, and staff training.
• Ensure food safety and quality programs are followed (SQF familiarity is a plus).
• Recruiting, coaching, and supervising warehouse staff; scheduling and performance management.
• Maintain safe work practices and enforce PPE guidelines across shifts.
• Ensure compliance with provincial/federal regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with facilities management for maintenance and space optimization.
