Job summary

Charlottetown Discounters is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations in our Charlottetown integration hub. You will manage inventory, supervise the warehouse crew, and coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping to maintain smooth, efficient workflows.

The role emphasizes safety, process improvement, and strong leadership to support growth. This is a full-time, permanent position with on-site work in Charlottetown, PEI.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
• A good understanding of supply chain basics—inventory, procurement, shipping/receiving, and freight coordination.
• Comfortable working with POS warehouse systems.
• An interest in improving processes using lean or continuous-improvement methods.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to support, guide, and motivate a warehouse team.
• Knowledge of forklifts, material-handling equipment, and general warehouse safety practices.
• Confidence working with data and using it to make smart operational decisions.
• Clear communication skills for working with vendors, carriers, internal teams, and leadership.

Our Charlottetown warehouse is the heart of our operation, and we’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who’s ready to take the lead and help keep things running smoothly as we continue to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

Inventory Management

• Keep an eye on inventory levels and make sure everything is where it should be
