Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and controls (PLC, PC) systems.
• 2 years of prior experience as a Lead Technician.

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure compliance with OSHA and safety plans.
• Lead by example with results-focused, people-centered leadership.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee relations and system issues.
• Develop processes to maintain system performance across shifts and high-volume periods.
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors to optimize system performance.
• Design and implement standardized training and quality assessments.
