Job summary

VF Corporation, home to Vans, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the morning shift at our Brampton distribution center in Canada. You will perform a range of maintenance and service tasks on equipment, systems and facilities, with emphasis on automated sorting equipment, conveyors and MEP systems, ensuring optimal uptime.

Role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills, ability to work at heights up to 70 feet, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with electrical/electronic control certifications.
• 3-5 years maintenance experience in electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance and building service needs for the Distribution facility.
• Support preventative maintenance and repairs to automation and MEP systems.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to determine work procedures.
