Job summary

SNS Activewear Canada Inc. is hiring a Machine Operator I in Toronto to operate warehouse machinery, restock inventory, and support PopPick processing. This full‑time role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient product flow in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will work with cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and stock chasers, follow SOPs, and contribute to KPI targets while enjoying comprehensive benefits and employee discounts. Training and cross‑training may be offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Must be comfortable using electronic devices.
• Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.
• Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.
• Must be flexible with start and departure time changing.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently & accurately retrieve and stage product in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity.
• Operate machinery including the cherry picker, pallet jacks, and stock chasers. (requires certification)
• Follow & commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, production, & efficiency.
• Report and record any discrepancy, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages to supervisor.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of Distribution Center.
• Follows all SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.
• Acts professionally and remains focused – contributing to a culture and environment focused on a safe working environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned and be willing to cross train (may be required to do tasks that fall into warehouse associate 1 & 2).
