Job summary

Medline Canada in Nova Scotia is seeking a Warehouse Operator 1 to pick, pack and ship orders, receive materials, and maintain inventory accuracy. The role requires standing and walking for extended periods.

Mon–Fri 9AM–5:30PM, fast-paced environment with physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks when required, ensuring safety and compliance to OSHA standards, and keeping the warehouse organized to support timely

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Experience using RF scanners is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when required.
• Coordinate activities surrounding warehouse operations and maintain inventory records.
• Unpack, inspect, and store incoming materials in appropriate locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment per OSHA.
