Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a Machine Operator I in the Toronto area warehouse. You will operate equipment such as the cherry picker and pallet jacks, restocking inventory and preparing items for processing and shipment.

This full-time, hourly role requires accuracy, safety focus, and ability to meet KPI targets in a fast-paced distribution center. Must lift up to 50 lbs, have reliable transportation, and read and speak English.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Comfortable using electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and stage product safely and accurately.
• Operate cherry picker, pallet jacks, and stock chasers (certification required).
• Meet KPIs for safety, quality, production, and efficiency.
• Report discrepancies, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the distribution center.
• Follow SOPs and safety rules.
• Cross-train as needed and contribute to a safe working environment.
