Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Plant Planning, Finished Goods, and Logistics functions to meet customer service targets.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolve cross-functional issues impacting planning, procurement, systems, and operations.
- Provide leadership within the site and across other NA sites.
- Ensure effective team management and engagement strategies.
- Make strategic decisions to improve supply chain processes, systems, and efficiency.
- Oversee materials, finished goods, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional planning teams and manage long-term capacity and resource planning.
- Develop logistics and planning strategies to meet and exceed plant objectives.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize stock write-offs, and improve service levels.
- Maintain compliance with safety, food safety, and quality standards, including GMP, ISO, FSSC, and HACCP.
Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree; relevant experience in production or consumer products preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and strong SAP knowledge.
- Experience working in unionized environments is advantageous.

Location & Compensation:
- Primary Location: Amherstburg Plant
- Salary Range: $85,500 - $142,500
This role is eligible for additional rewards, including incentives and stock awards, with benefits varying by country.
