Your Opportunity with us:

We are looking for an experienced & talented professional to join Deoleo as Manager, Planning, Logistics & Customer Excellence in Toronto, Canada, reporting to General Manager, Deoleo Canada and functional dependent of COO (Chiel Operations Officer).

Role Mission:

The Manager of Planning, Logistics, and Customer Excellence leads the end-to-end supply chain operations for Deoleo in Canada, ensuring the seamless coordination of inbound logistics, customer fulfillment, and post-order service.

This role combines strategic planning, operational execution, and digital integration to optimize the flow of goods and information across the market. With a strong focus on cost efficiency, distribution network performance, and continuous improvement, the role drives agility, service excellence, and customer satisfaction throughout the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Mange Manage the full supply planning process for Canada, aligning forecasts with production capacity and adapting to market changes.
  • Ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock, write-offs, and working capital, meeting OTIF metrics.
  • Coordinate imports, warehousing, transportation, and cross-dock operations to ensure efficiency and SLA compliance.
  • Negotiate with 3PLs and carriers to optimize service cost while maintaining performance standards.
  • Lead the Canadian customer service team to ensure efficient order flow, quick issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Own the supply chain P&L, identifying cost-saving opportunities and collaborating on forecasting and variance management.
  • Track operational KPIs and develop tools to improve shipment accuracy, visibility, and overall performance.
  • Lead system integrations (ERP, EDI, 3PL), ensuring data integrity and supporting digital platforms for planning and logistics.
  • Work closely with global, sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure operational agility and issue resolution.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is an asset.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in demand and supply chain planning, logistics, or customer operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with supply planning, demand validation, and logistics execution.
  • Track record in P&L accountability and cost leadership.
  • Experience collaborating with IT on ERP integrations, EDI, and planning tool implementation (SAP, Excel, Power Query, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
