Here's how a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator for our Resources office contributes to our team:

• Performs hardware asset life-cycle management for Warehouse:
  • Creates stock order requisitions as required to maintain inventory
  • Generates weekly stock reports
  • Warehouse shelf organization and product flow
• Coordinates JSI equipment requests from warehouse stock
• Warehouse mass equipment AFD process for obsolete equipment
• Equipment donation process and coordination for older equipment
• Tracking of warehouse shipments coordinating and resolving delays with couriers and customs broker
• Scan and upload of international shipping documents (shipping tasks, shipping labels, and customs forms)
• Facilitate Equipment and Tools transfer process of equipment shipped and received from warehouse
• Suggest and implement warehouse operational and organizational processes improvements
• Assists with customer requisition forms
• Coordinates warehouse equipment maintenance requests
• Ships and receives as required
• Trains warehouse shipper/receiver
• Warehouse Forecasting – stock

Qualifications

• Postsecondary degree or diploma in logistics related discipline preferred
• 2 years of warehouse-related experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think logically and analytically and to constructively express ideas and concepts
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize own work
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and analysis of day-to-day tasks
• Demonstrates strong customer service and the ability to develop and maintain customer-focused relationships
• Understanding of different technology lifecycles
• General understanding and application of applicable laws and government regulations as they apply to equipment supply and management
