Job summary

Lineage in Milton, Canada is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan and direct the work of warehouse associates, ensuring service, quality, safety, and productivity. This role focuses on coordinating inbound/outbound paperwork, coaching staff, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will oversee shipping/receiving documents, assist with invoicing, and support driver logs while promoting a safe, efficient warehouse environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience required.
• WMS AS400 experience is a plus.
• Experience with material handling equipment.
• 3 years in warehouse/logistics environment.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs/18 kgs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates.
• Handle inbound and outbound paperwork (orders).
• Coach and train team members.
• Process and coordinate shipping and receiving documents for customers.
• Enter customer and supplier data and inventory info accurately.
• Support pickup/delivery scheduling and logistics.
