Job summary

Northern Health seeks a dedicated Warehouse Lead for the Ksyen Regional Hospital to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role directs staff in shipping and receiving, picking, packing, and restocking, ensuring smooth flow of goods and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will develop and maintain stock control systems in a computerized environment, set reorder points, conduct inventories, liaise with suppliers, and generate records and reports to support supply chain decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Inventory management and basic data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of the facility warehouse including shipping/receiving, picking, packing and restocking.
• Develop and maintain stock control systems; establish reorder points and quantities.
• Conduct inventory audits and prepare records and reports to support supply chain decisions.

Job description

We are currently looking for a hard working and dedicated Warehouse Lead to fill a Ful Time position at the Ksyen Regional Hospital.
In accordance with established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the supervision of Manager or designate, The Warehouse Lead is responsible for directing daily activities of the facility warehouse. This position manages staff involved in shipping and receiving, picking and packing and restocking. The Warehouse Lead develops, implements, and maintains stock control systems and procedures within a computerized environment, establishes and/or revises reorder points and quantities, conducts inventory audits, carries out follow-up activities, contacts suppliers and representatives, controls inventory content and levels, prepares relevant records and reports, and establishes and maintains an inventory catalogue system.
Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days - 08:00 to 16:00
