Job summary

Medline Canada is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and guide a team to meet safety, quality and efficiency KPIs. You will ensure accurate inventory, proper documentation and timely order processing within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2 years in manufacturing or production, strong communication, and hands-on skills with tools and equipment. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years’ experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment.
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge and use of hand tools.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Sound decision making and reliable math/writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Warehouse Operators and ensure safety, efficiency and KPI targets.
• Monitor progress, delegate tasks, and enforce policies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts.
• Entrust inventory transactions in ERP and ensure data integrity.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (Reach Truck, Forklift, etc.).
• Oversee housekeeping and training related to policies.
