Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
• Accurate completion of inventory and shipping/receiving documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Observe, audit, report, and correct discrepancies in inventory control.
• Assist cycle counts and year-end counts in showroom and warehouse.
• Research and fix inventory variances with the sales team.
• Provide support to sales related to inventory discrepancies and stockouts.
• Assist in developing training resources for operations and inventory control.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and PPE requirements.
