Job summary

FMi Logistics Incorporated, based in Calgary, is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Operator to support order fulfilment and inventory processing in a clean, safe warehouse environment. You will unload inbound shipments, move goods to storage, perform counts, and handle documentation while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires 1–3 years in a warehouse, forklift and reach truck certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift and Reach Truck certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Follow oral and written instructions reliably.
• Able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and move products to storage locations.
• Maintain product integrity through proper handling and storage.
• Complete paperwork and update inventory records.
• Report variances such as overages, shortages and damages.
• Support QA procedures and site housekeeping to keep facility secure.
• Perform inbound, outbound and relocation information processing.
• Conduct regular inventory counts as required.
• Assist in safety initiatives and identify safety concerns.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.

Title: Forklift Operator

Job Summary:

Order Fulfilment and Receipt Processing of the client's goods and products in a clean and safe work environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Unload inbound shipments, move product to storage locations and complete paperwork
• Maintain the integrity of products through proper handling and storage
• Report variances including overages, shortages and damages
• Adhere to Quality Assurance procedures and ensure facility maintenance through housekeeping, keeping product and facility secure, and maintaining the assets of the facility.
• Complete all information processing for inbound, outbound and relocation requirements
• Perform inventory counts as required
• Receive product promptly into the current tracking system
• Promote a safe work environment through personal actions. Identify any safety concerns
• Other duties as requested

Working Conditions:

The warehouse associate will work in a warehouse environment and will typically work the standard Monday-to-Friday work week. Overtime may be required. Work includes frequent lifting of materials and products up to 50lbs.
