Qualifications

• RF Scanner experience for order picking, inventory tracking, and location verification.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking & Palletizing: Accurately pick, assemble, and stack products using electric equipment.
• Inventory Support: Move incoming inventory and put away stock into high-bay rackings with Reach Truck.
• Logistics Flow: Support shipping, freight handling, returns processing, and customer pickup areas.
• Safe Operations: Assist unloading trailers/trucks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Dry Assembler to join our growing team. In this role, you will ensure the seamless flow of goods by accurately picking, assembling, and preparing dry products for outbound delivery. Beyond order fulfillment, you will play a vital role in overall warehouse health, including material handling and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking & Palletizing: Accurately pick, assemble, and stack products onto pallets using electric powered equipment (Pallet Rider, Reach Truck, and Forklift).
• Inventory Support: Efficiently transport incoming inventory and put away stock into high-bay rackings using a Reach Truck.
• Logistics Flow: Support shipping, freight handling, returns processing, and customer pickup areas
• Safe Operations: Assist in unloading trailers/trucks and maintain a clean, organized work environment in adherence to company safety policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Physical Capability: Able to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly.
• RF Scanner Experience: Proven familiarity with using RF (Radio Frequency) barcode scanners for order picking, inventory tracking, and location verification.
• Reliable transportation to accommodate the 5:00 AM start time.

Assets / Nice‑to-Haves

• Prior experience with warehouse equipment (Forklift/Reach Truck).
• Multilingualism: Abilities in Cantonese or Mandarin are considered an asset to support team communication in our diverse workplace; however, this is not a requirement and will not impact hiring decisions.

Working Hours

• Full-Time, 40 hours per week , 5-day work week, Monday through Saturday (includes mandatory Saturday shifts).
• 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (8-hour shifts), including a 30-minute unpaid meal break.
• Days Off: 2 days off per week (Sunday plus one weekday off, non-consecutive).
• Expected Hourly Wage: $18.66 -$24.95
