Job summary

Herbaland Naturals Inc is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our Richmond distribution operations. The role involves pulling materials for orders, assembling and packing for delivery, and coordinating with Logistics to update the MRP system.

The candidate should have 2–3 years in warehouse, logistics and inventory environments, plus forklift experience and strong time management. This is a full-time, on-site position in Richmond, BC with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Use the SDCB forklift to load, unload, identify materials, machinery and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations according to warehouse plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders such as sales, logistics and attached departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Perform all work to organizational standards to ensure the warehouse is in an orderly manner.
  • Inventory, both cycle and annual inventory counts.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Summary

The warehouse associate's responsibility is to pull materials for orders, assemble and pack them for delivery. Coordinate with Logistics and update the MRP system. They are responsible to maintain and document equipment, supervise incoming and outgoing shipments and update stock records to ensure availability of items.

Job Duties

Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience required with warehouse, logistics and inventory environments.
  • 2-3 years with an MRP system and have experience in a computerized environment.
  • 3+ years Sited-Down Counterbalance Forklift Experience.
  • Must speak, read and write English.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in BC for any employer.
  • Self-starter.
  • Strong time management and customer service skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Follow all warehouse safety rules.

Work Conditions
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday morning/days availability.
  • Ability to walk, drive, stand, bend, and reach for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull at least 50lbs continuously throughout the day.
  • Fast paced work environment with quickly changing priorities.
  • Overtime as required.
  • May have to go to other locations in Richmond to assist.
