Job summary

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Warehouse Dock Worker for night shifts in Hanwell, New Brunswick. This role requires physical work, teamwork, and reliable attendance in a fast-paced transportation setting.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining inventory records while following shipping procedures. Candidates should be physically fit and equipped with CSA boots and hi‑vis gear.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 75 lb regularly.
• CSA approved steel-toe boots and high-visibility vest required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move and stack materials and products.
• Load and unload trucks and pallets by hand or with equipment.
• Move materials to/from storage areas and loading docks.
• Maintain inventory records and follow shipping/receiving procedures.
• Ensure proper product storage and organize materials by location.
• Use RF scanners to track product movement throughout the warehouse.

Warehouse Dock Worker Join a Fast-Paced Transportation Team!

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Warehouse Dock Worker in the Transportation Industry in Hanwell, New Brunswick. Our client, a well-established transportation, is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Dock Worker for their night shift operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with physical tasks and teamwork.

We offer:

• $17.00 - $18.00 hourly
• Sunday (day shift)/ Monday- Thursday (night shift)
• Weekly payroll, including 4% vacation pay

Responsibilities:

• Safely operating forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials and products.
• Loading and unloading trucks, pallets, and other storage areas by hand and/ or by operating a sit down forklift.
• Move materials to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow shipping/receiving procedures.
• Ensure proper storage of products and organize materials in designated locations.
• Operate RF scanners to track product movement throughout the warehouse

Requirements:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have a clean criminal record.
• CSA approved steel toe safety boots and a hi-vis safety vest.
• Must be physically fit and be able to lift up to 75lbs on a consistent basis.
• Counterbalance forklift experience a strong asset
• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience.
