Job summary

Randstad Canada is hiring reliable Warehouse Associates for a brand-new, high-volume facility near Bayer's Lake in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Multiple shifts (Morning/Afternoon) are available.

You will pick/scan orders, pack and ship, receive and process stock, and maintain inventory while staying on your feet and handling up to 50 lb items. This role offers on-the-job training, a clean modern workspace, and opportunities for career growth in a leading logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is an asset but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and scan orders accurately.
• Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, unload, and process incoming stock and materials.
• Handle items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain inventory controls through proper documentation.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Support team with other warehouse tasks as needed.

Pay rate: $19.50 to $21
