The Role: Warehouse Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Key Responsibilities
Order & Inventory Management
- Enter and manage customer orders in Extensiv WMS (formerly 3PL Central).
- Process order charges and ensure accurate billing.
- Track, update, and maintain inventory levels with precision.
- Assist with inventory reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
- Set up new SKUs and inbound ASNs, ensuring data accuracy.
- Troubleshoot errors in customer ASN submissions to ensure smooth inbound processing.
- Manage relationships with 4PL partners, ensuring smooth data flow across systems.
Customer Coordination & Training
- Onboard new customers, ensuring smooth setup in Extensiv WMS.
- Conduct WMS and TMS training for customers to help them manage their shipments effectively.
- Proactively communicate shipment updates, inventory issues, and delays.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring they are always informed.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Use Rose Rocket TMS to manage freight movements and documentation.
- Provide accurate courier and freight quotes to customers.
- Analyze logistics costs for new customers, helping them optimize their supply chain.
General Admin, Data Entry & Reporting
- Attend monthly one-on-one meetings and update leadership on project progress.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customers, shipments, and billing.
- Generate reports on order volumes, inventory levels, and service performance metrics.
- Support billing and invoicing for storage, fulfillment, and 4PL services.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: At least 2 years in warehousing, freight, or 3PL (3PL experience preferred).
- Technology Skills: Experience with Extensiv WMS (3PL Central) and Rose Rocket TMS is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of freight or warehousing operations.
- Excel Proficiency: Comfortable with data entry, formulas, and reporting and basic functions.
- Strong Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal skills.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of troubleshooting ASN errors, order issues, and inventory discrepancies.
- Execution-Oriented: Able to take action and complete tasks within committed timelines.
