Shift Time: Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Salary: $50,000-$55,000
Flynn Group of Companies is currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join their team! If you have experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment this could be the position for you! Reporting to the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, the Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for forecasting space requirements for large and small inventory within our facilities and managing materials. This position is located at our Mississauga Branch which is located at Airport Road and Derry Road in Mississauga.

A Day in the Life:
-Handle and coordinate storage requests.
-Provide best suited storage solutions and projected cost estimates for storage to enquiries received from Flynn.
-Coordinate all transfers between the manufacturing facility and storage locations.
-Coordinate with Logistics Coordinator to book trucks to facilitate transfers.
-Coordinate with National Logistics to track arrival of international shipments (Air, Sea and Land).
-Visit all storage locations minimum once a moth and conduct spot checks of storage. Report on any anomalies.
-Manage trailers (Flynn owned and rented); coordinate with Fleet Manager to keep the trailers road ready (Inspections/licensing).
-Create reports for storage utilization by location and generate storage costs by projects (rent reports).
-All other duties as assigned.
What We Are Seeking:
-Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, forecasting and managing storage requirements.
-Minimum 2 years experience with inventory processes (receiving, labelling, pick/pack, cycle counts), and use of hand-held devices for warehouse operations.
-Previous experience working with Warehouse Management Systems considered an asset.
-Strong aptitude for working with numbers and forecasting.
-Able to work independently.
