Job description

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903 Andersen Windows has been the worlds largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

In this role you will need sharp attention to detail and a strong administrative background to assist our Scheduling Coordinators in getting customers scheduled for the installation of their project.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Utilize our custom Salesforce platform to find customer information and document customer notes.
  • Coordinate scheduling installation appointments with the customer and window installation crews assigned to the area.
  • Meet weekly and monthly goals that will be provided by the Operations team.
  • Generate and send end-of-day reports to management which includes tracking the monetary amount that is scheduled daily and rescheduling installations accordingly.

Qualifications :

  • Previous scheduling and installation or home improvement (required)
  • Experience using the CRM platform Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sense of urgency in identifying quick resolution to issues presented

Compensation and Benefits :

  • 50000-55000 annually

Schedule :

  • Onsite in our Mississauga office
  • Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm
