Job summary

Polaron Energy Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support warehouse operations and inventory management at our Dartmouth, NS facility. The role focuses on accurate handling, storage, and distribution of solar equipment in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure precise receiving, packing for shipment, and regular inventory counts while maintaining safety and organization. This is a full-time position with ongoing growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding clean

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a careful, methodical approach.
• Previous warehouse operations or inventory management experience is an asset.
• Comfortable with manual work, including moving and handling solar materials.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.
• Forklift experience is an asset; training can be provided.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming solar products and materials.
• Prepare solar panels and related equipment for shipment or customer pick-up.
• Perform sorting, packing, and shipping of inventory.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and general handling of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Update inventory and logistics information within internal systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and fulfill orders (non-sales role).
• Support distribution and order processing activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Salary Range: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00/per year + bonus
Type of Role: Full-time, permanent (35 hours per week)
