Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering from a Canadian Accredited Program or international equivalent, Systems/Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 2–3 years of logistics/supply chain experience.
• Strong Excel (advanced, VBA) and MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects to drive profitability.
• Analyze data to determine storage, layout, and resource needs.
• Use AutoCAD to design layouts that optimize warehouse processes.
• Develop Work Measurement (WMT) standards.
